Concentrated awesomeness
Being a team of problem solvers means that one single label doesn’t cover what we do. Customer problems define what we do for them. Hell, probably best to label us as Badass User Warriors. Because our job is to get your job done + we love every minute.

Gotta’ CATCH ‘em all!
Core Values
Do we have all the answers? Nope. Will we stop until we figure out the best damn solution possible? Also nope.
“Good enough”’ is a banned phrase here. We have a relentless thirst to make lives better through what we build, why we give, and how we do things. We are relentless. We know problems don’t get solved just because the clock says it’s 5 PM.
Innovate or stagnate, right? Whether it’s a team or a product, stuff’s gotta change. Our core values grow and shift along with our team.
Thirsty
Relentless. Insatiable. Never satisfied. Remarkable doesn’t come from settling. Perfection is never achieved, but our thirst pushes us to know more, outshine expectations. and keep making things better.
Curious
A fanaticism to uncover, explain, then absorb. Customer problems, audience desires, competing solutions, innovative experiences, and bleeding edge technologies are the playground.
Candid
Truthful. Straightforward. Honest. Frank. Never rude, arrogant, or mean spirited in our actions. Ever heedful of circumstances, emotions, and the impact of being accountable (or not).
Accountable
Responsibility means nothing without answerability. Being accountable is taking ownership through success or failure. Duty demands holding each other accountable, even when doing so is uncomfortable.
Heedful
Aware of and attentive to. Empathize with a person’s pain. Add in an understanding of the surrounding environment, restrictions, and needs. Always incorporating and adjusting, even as details change.

Founder’s Story
In 2010, when we founded Rocksauce Studios, nobody was doing what we did. Companies in our space were less interested in creating user-friendly, compelling products to captivate audiences than they are today. Most of these companies focused on creating quick copycat applications, using little-to-no branding and terrible UX/UI design. These apps gave users no engaging reason to develop brand loyalty or keep coming back.
But we saw that the brands that we are rising to the top—Airbnb, Instagram, Twitter etc.—were companies that didn’t just solve a problem, but solved a problem in a unique way. Enterprise software was and still can be hard to navigate, difficult to use, and a chore to deploy. We knew there was a better way: focus on giving users something to come back for.
From the earliest days of the company, we refused to mimic what a competitor was doing. Our goal has always been to research what the users on the ground were looking for and dissect the problem from their perspective. We don’t come at problems with a standard solution in mind but rather create a custom solution based on the best way to tackle the issue.
