The Google Play Store is the standard app marketplace for Android-based hardware which runs Google services. The Google Play Store includes applications for both phone and tablet hardware and was created to replace its forerunner, the Android Market, to include better features and design. Submitting an application to the Google Play Store is typically easier since there is typically no submission or wait time to get new applications listed.
